Open City Documentary Festival is taking place online this year, and so we’ve tailored the accreditation to ensure that you can still make the most of the festival and connect with fellow members of the industry. You’ll be able to access events, screenings and networking opportunities throughout our week-long run from 9th  – 15th September 2020. As well as being able to attend our industry events programme which is open to all this year, industry delegates will receive access to a video library featuring a large selection of films that are screening in the festival. Accreditation will provide access to all special events for free as well as surgeries and networking opportunities. We also offer accreditation for UK students (see below) and a discounted rate for those from underrepresented groups*.  Complimentary accreditation is also available for press.

Open City Documentary Festival creates an open space to nurture and champion the art of creative documentary and non-fiction filmmakers. Our Industry events programme is designed to give filmmakers and those working with documentary insight, support and inspiration through online talks, masterclasses and discussions, and online networking opportunities with industry professionals.

INDUSTRY ACCREDITATION

Our industry accreditation is suitable for anybody working within the documentary space. This includes but is not limited to: filmmakers, sales agents, commissioners, distributors, and those working in talent development, funding, festivals, or broadcast.  It allows you to take full advantage of our programme and stay up to date with the latest developments in the industry, and is designed for people at the start of their careers, as much as those who are more established and looking for creative reinvigoration.

If you have any questions regarding accreditation please get in touch at industry@opencitylondon.com
