As the festival concludes its 2022 edition, DA Films present “Pathways”, a selection of films that echo with the Open City Documentary Festival’s recent past and that trace a series of thematic and cinematic pathways through this year’s main programme.

Two early works by our 2022 Filmmaker in Focus, Alexandra Cuesta, feature alongside highlights from previous editions by artists and filmmakers including Maddi Barber, Onyeka Igwe, Zhang Mengqi, Hope Strickland, Maryam Tafakory, Jonathan Perel, Ana Vaz, Ryan Ermacora & Jessica Johnson, Bo Wang & Pan Lu, many of whom presented new work at the festival in London this year.
