This year, the festival has worked with The Palestinian Sound Archive’s Mo’Min Swaitat to produce a series of sonic interventions that will take be played throughout the festival. Featuring a range of music and sound recordings from Palestine preserved and digitised by the Archive, these mixes highlight the diversity of Palestinian sonic culture historically and in the present. Whilst the interventions will be played throughout the festival, including before and after screenings and events, this listening session will provide an opportunity to listen to the entirety of the mixes more deeply, accompanied by a range of video footage centred around the work of the Archive.
