The days of short films being seen as less important are over and a short runtime does not mean you have to compromise on the ambition of the project. We’ll speak to a panel of filmmakers about rising to the challenge and making the most of the short form documentary, as well as the strategy for getting your short out into the world once it’s ready.

The session will be chaired by shorts programmer Laurence Avis and speakers include Victoria Mapplebeck, Ingel Vaikla and Maryam Tafakory.
