Within the world of audio documentary, storytellers are often looking backwards to understand the present with a wealth of podcasts and series dedicated to challenging accepted narratives, shining a light on overlooked histories and re-contextualising how we understand the past. This session will bring together a line up of producers to discuss their creative approach, research methods and storytelling considerations when crafting a new lens for historical narratives.
