In the bad old days, NGO films were all dehumanising clichés: sad music, hungry children, flies on faces. But NGOs and organisations have become much more sophisticated about how they get their messages across, and increasingly they’re using filmmakers to do it.
This workshop brings together people from foundation and non-profit media departments to explain the role that film and video play in their work and opportunities emerging filmmakers might find in partnering with or working for non-profits.
